Carnival Displays & Demonstrations

Carnival this year will again feature some popular demonstrations, displays and stalls — something to watch while you catch your breath before the next game!

Check out the entertaining shows and demos at Carnival at the Vets 2012, including the fantastic Advance Dog Agility Team.

All of the games and activities at Carnival at the Vets are great fun and we know you love to get involved, but we have much more for you than games. Carnival this year will again feature some popular demonstrations, displays and stalls — something to watch while you catch your breath before the next game!

Advance Agility & Flyball Team. This year our friends at Advance Pet Nutrition are back with their agility dogs. These superbly trained dogs are really entertaining to watch and, being very smart Collies, they know they have an audience and they play to it!

Like last year, you’ll be able to run your own dog around the agility course and see if they can do better than the ‘professionals.’

The exciting Flyball Show is back again too, starring dogs who need lightning fast reflexes to succeed at this fun display of skill.

Snakes Alive! One of the big hits at last year’s Carnival, especially for the kids, was snake handler Rhys Gloury’s informative and entertaining reptile show.

Rhys, a regular on TV’s Totally Wild series, is back this year, with his menagerie  of native snakes, including venomous Brown and Tiger snakes. This is an entertaining and educational show for the kids, who can get up close and personal with snakes like the friendly python, and learn that reptiles are not the baddies some people think they are.
