Once you have successfully put your dog through our puppy pre-school class you can take the next step in their training at Alpine Animal Doctors Doggy Boot Camp.

Run by our very own ‘dog whisperer’, Scott Harris, from New Age Dog Training School, doggy boot camp will help you make sure that it’s you, not your dog, who is pack leader. The course covers obedience training, eliminating behavioural problems and socialisation training.

The classes are a wonderful way for you and your pet to come along to a safe, controlled environment where you can learn how to take advantage of the dog’s natural urge to please to create a bond that will help you be confident and comfortable in any situation. For your precious pooch, it’s also a great evening out, with plenty of mental stimulation and a chance to have fun.

Our trainer, Scott, has twenty years experience in all aspects of animal training and provides tuition for all dogs, from beginners to advanced competition obedience training.

Doggy Boot Camp classes are run regularly at the hospital, with each class lasting an hour. To book a place in our next course call 5756 2444 or complete the webform below. The class caters equally for young and mature dogs, and particularly for dogs with attitude or behavioural issues. Your dog must be over 6 months old to attend Boot Camp.
